Order Cancellation

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, you will receive a full refund.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Skinaura will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

If approved:
